Cadiz beaches on the Costa de la Luz

What a place this Natural Park of La Breña and Marismas de Barbate is! Next to the best beaches of Cadiz.

In spite of its modest size, the varied range of ecosystems is evident: marine, intertidal and terrestrial, giving rise to a great variety of landscapes.

And what better way to contemplate it than from the air!

In this area of the Cadiz Coast are the following beaches of Cadiz:

Mangueta Beach

La Mangueta beach is a wild beach where you can do nudism, it extends from the mouth of the San Ambrosio stream to the cliffs of Zahora and at the other end it borders the beaches of El Palmar.

Beach of Zahora

The Beach of Zahora is shallow, somewhat more protected from the winds and safe but always attentive, it is ideal for the enjoyment of both children and adults, being a good place to walk, practice nudism and get lost among the dunes.

La Hierbabuena Beach

This is a wild beach of fine sand with dune formations covered by vegetation and pine trees under the cliffs of Barbate.

Playa del Carmen

It is an urban beach with a promenade that extends from the port of Barbate to the mouth of the river and the marshes.

Cañitos-Pajares Beaches

From the marshes of the Barbate River and up to Zahara de los Atunes these beaches extend along the Retin mountain range.

With white sands and clean waters, this wild beach is where we can share a day with the cattle that graze and rest there.

Beach of Zahara de los Atunes

It extends from the town of Zahara de los Atunes to Cabo de Gracia, covering the town of Zahara and the urbanization of Atlanterra in Tarifa

El Palmar Beach

This beach belongs to the town of Vejer de la Frontera whose urban center is 9km inland.

Of fine sands and transparent waters. Along its kilometers of beach you will find the place that is adapted to the most you are looking for, either to take something and to make use and to enjoy the chiringuitos or, to rest, to take a walk and in one of those strolls to arrive until the near locality of Conil de la Frontera.

The Costa de la Luz in Cadiz gives us incredible sunsets.
